What we collect
Information you provide via the contact form: name, company, email, phone, mailing address, the product/service you’re asking about, and anything else you write into the message box.
What we don’t collect
We don’t run third-party analytics, ad networks, marketing pixels, or session replay tooling on this site. No cookies are set by us for marketing or tracking purposes.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, fulfill the order, ship the totes, invoice you, and follow up about future orders if you’re a standing-order customer. That’s all.
Who sees it
Our team at the Glory Road yard. Our accounting software (QuickBooks). Our shipping partners when we use one. The lead intake system we use (1db) stores the form data on our behalf.
Retention
Active customer records are kept indefinitely while you’re a customer. Inactive leads are deleted after 36 months.
Your rights
Email info@ibcreconditioned.com to see, correct, or delete anything we have about you. We’ll respond within 14 business days.
