Quantity and distance

Freight is usually quoted by quantity and distance. Larger loads often cost less per tote to move than a few single units.

Site access

Say whether your site has a loading dock, a forklift, or limited access for large trucks. Sites without a dock or forklift may need a liftgate truck.

Tote condition and contents

For pickup, totes should be empty and their prior contents disclosed. Check current regulations for transporting totes that held hazardous materials.

Delivery and pickup pricing is by quote from partner suppliers. They set their own freight terms.

Do you ship to Canada?

The form accepts Canadian locations. Whether delivery or pickup is available depends on partner suppliers in our network.

Who actually moves the totes?

The partner supplier who quotes you, or a carrier they work with. IBC Reconditioned is a referral service and does not operate vehicles.

Can I get a delivery date?

Timing is set by the partner supplier based on availability and distance. Ask them when they follow up.

What if totes are damaged in transit?

Damage claims are handled under the partner supplier’s or carrier’s terms. Ask about them before you confirm an order.

Can I collect the totes myself?

Some partner suppliers allow it. Mention it in your request.
