What a reconditioned tote actually looks like.
Each tote ships with fresh gaskets, a new ball valve, a re-stenciled UN mark, and our IBC-R reconditioning stamp. Same bottle. Same cage. Better paperwork.

Bottled honestly, sold transparently.
We grade in a way you can audit. Every reconditioned tote has a serial number that ties to (a) the load it came in on, (b) the prior-contents declaration we got at intake, (c) which wash line it ran through, (d) who ran the leak test, and (e) the date it left our gate.
That data set is dull until you need it. The moment a QA team or a regulator asks “where did this container come from,” you have the answer in 30 seconds instead of three weeks.
Buying reconditioned shouldn’t mean buying a mystery. From us, it doesn’t.

“We’ve been buying reconditioned 275-gal totes from IBC Reconditioned since 2017. Zero returns, zero contamination, full chain-of-custody on every invoice. They’ve earned the lock-in.Procurement Director · Regional food ingredient distributor · IL
“They picked up 64 used totes from our parking lot in two days, wrote a check on the dock, and we never saw them piled up against a wall again. That alone is worth the relationship.Plant Manager · Adhesive manufacturer · MN
“The transparency is what sold us. We toured the wash line, watched a tote come through, and signed a standing order on the way back to the car.Operations Lead · Specialty chemical co-packer · WI
“Their food line is the only reconditioner we trust for our edible-oil program. The segregation is real, not theatrical.QA Director · Co-packer · IA

How quickly can you ship a small reconditioned order?
Most 1–10 tote orders ship within 24–72 hours of PO. Larger orders depend on inventory; we will give you a specific date in the quote, not a window.
Do you take returns on reconditioned totes?
Unused, within 14 days, full credit minus return freight. After use, only via our buy-back program — same logistics as standard used-tote intake.
What payment terms?
Net-15 on approved credit. Net-30 for standing orders. Card or ACH at checkout for first-time buyers.
Can I see a tote before I commit?
Yes. Visit the yard, or we will send detailed photos of the specific serials we have allocated to your order.
Do you sell certified used totes for hazmat shipping?
Yes. The reconditioning process preserves the original UN/DOT certification and we re-leak-test to confirm. Documentation included with shipment.
