The smallest part. The biggest single failure mode.
A gasket that doesn’t suit the contents is a common cause of slow leaks that take a while to show. Check the gasket against your chemistry and confirm compatibility with the supplier or the product’s safety data sheet.

Common questions.
What are band heaters for?
Band heaters and insulated jackets keep tote contents warm enough to flow. They are common for waxes and viscous adhesives. Ask partner suppliers which sizes and controls they offer.
What does a tote tipper do?
A tipper tilts the tote so more of the contents drains out of the bottom valve. Some are moved by forklift; others are fixed installations.
Can I request just accessories?

How do I know which thread my tote has?
S60x6 buttress is a common discharge thread, but older and stainless totes vary. Measure the thread or describe the valve to the supplier who follows up.
