Quotes & orders
Quote responses are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on prior-contents documentation, freight, and availability at time of order. Quote ≠ contract; an accepted PO is.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD and exclude freight unless explicitly bundled. Payment terms default to net-15 on approved credit; otherwise payment is due at pickup or delivery. Past-due balances accrue 1% monthly.
Warranty
Reconditioned totes are sold as suitable for the application stated in the order. We warrant against leak-test failure for 90 days from shipment. We don’t warrant fitness for a chemical compatibility we weren’t told about.
Returns
Reconditioned totes can be returned within 14 days unused for full credit minus return freight. Used totes go through our buy-back process described under We Buy Used IBCs.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We’re not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of product, downtime, or contamination from misapplication.
