Who we are

IBC Reconditioned is a referral service. It matches people buying, selling, or recycling IBC totes with partner suppliers in our network. It does not own a yard, trucks, or inventory, and it does not sell totes itself.

What the form collects

When you request a quote, the form collects your name, email, phone number, and optionally your company, street address, city, state or province, and ZIP or postal code; the product, grade, quantity, service, and timeframe you choose; anything you write in the message box; and whether you agreed to text messages. It also records the page you sent the form from.

How it is used and who receives it

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which passes it to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. Partner suppliers handle your information under their own privacy practices. We do not sell your information for any other purpose.

Text messages

If you tick the text-message box, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to request a quote.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising pixels.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and are then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send a request through the contact form and say so in the message box.
